THE WAY OUR EMERGANCY SERVICE WORKS:
If an after hours emergency service is needed, calls are received by our after-hours staff who will then contact an A1 Glass technician. At that time, our technician will contact you to provide a quote and an approximate arrival time. When we arrive on site, given the availability of repair materials and manpower a technician will either replace the glass or do a secure board up. If you do not have an account with our company a credit card will be required when you are contacted by a technician. Below are some very important questions that you will need to know to ensure we arrive with the correct number or technicians for the job and your quote is accurate.

What is the street address?
Your contact phone numbers?
Your billing address (if different from job site)?
Is it a Commercial Property or a residential property?
Is it a door? Or a Window and how far from the floor or door is it?
Is the frame wood, aluminum or steel?
Is the glass clear, obscure, colored, texture, safety or double glazed?
Is the Door frameless? Is it tinted, wired, sign-written or filmed?
**What size is it and where on the building is it located?
** APPROX. SIZES ARE NEEDED TO ENSURE THAT THE RIGHT NUMBER OF TECHNICIANS ARRIVE ON SITE. As an example if a customer guesses the size at about 3ft by 4ft (which will require one man) and we send one technician out to the site and the size is larger than one man can safely handle the customer will be billed at the emergency rate the entire time it takes for another technician to arrive.
