●  What are the payment terms?  For material + installation orders, a 50% deposit is collected upon measure so that materials can be purchased.  

● For a material only order, full payment is due before any material can be ordered.

● Can I change/cancel my order? Due to the nature of the glass business, A1 Glass does not accept changes or cancellations to orders once they have been placed.

● What methods of payment do you accept?  We accept cash, check, all major credit cards and wire transfer

● Can I return/exchange material? No returns/exchanges are accepted

● Can I cancel an installation appointment?  A cancellation charge of $69 will be applied.
