●  What should I know before placing a material only order?  For Material Only orders, you will need to provide the measurements, as you are 100% responsible.  If you would like to have professional measurements done, an A1 Glass measure can be added to your order.

●  What should I know before placing a material + installation order?  You will be providing rough measurements and once there is a signed contract, we will get you on the schedule for installation generally within a day or two.

●  Does my order include delivery? Delivery is not included in material only orders but can be added if necessary.

●  How long should I expect my order to take?  Please see below for the common lead times.

    Custom glass orders – 7-10 business days

    Framed Shower enclosures – 7-10 business days

    Frameless shower enclosures – roughly 3 weeks from measure/order
